This webinar will identify the four elements of formative assessment and how they contribute to learner motivation and confidence. How does embedding formative assessment assist with this?

Using Assessment for Learning strategies, this series of three webinars will look at the component parts of formative assessment – and how these can be woven together as part of direct interactive teaching.

  • What is assessment for learning?
  • What does it look like in action?
  • How does it develop reflective learning?

You can choose to attend individual webinars, or all three. 

Each webinar aims to provide practical strategies that can be modelled by both the lecturer and student as part of the learning and teaching process.
